On your device

Your goals, practice history, original sentences and saved feedback stay in the app on your device. This beta has no account registration, cloud history sync, advertising or tracking SDK.

Optional AI feedback

When you agree to use AI feedback and submit a sentence, our Cloudflare-hosted service receives your sentence, selected learning-card context and a signed TestFlight app transaction. Apple’s public verification service helps validate that this is a genuine installation. The sentence and card context are then sent to OpenAI for feedback. Your app transaction is not sent to OpenAI. We do not send your name, email, other goals or full practice history.

You can finish a lesson without writing or requesting AI feedback. A translation or ordinary card review does not call OpenAI.

Server records

Our service does not save the sentence or feedback. It keeps keyed hashes, request identifiers, timestamps, result status and usage counters to limit beta requests and prevent abuse. Those technical records are retained for beta administration. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata to operate and secure the service.

OpenAI requests use store:false. This is not a promise of zero provider retention. See OpenAI’s data controls and Cloudflare’s privacy policy for provider handling.

Your choices

AI sharing requires an explicit choice before your first request. You can withdraw that choice in Settings. Removing the app removes its local learning data through iOS. Contact us about privacy requests. AI feedback can make mistakes and is not an official exam score or professional advice.
